Please be advised that new construction is currently underway in the Sapporo Station South Exit area as part of the Kita 4 Nishi 3 District Type 1 Urban Redevelopment Project. This redevelopment project involves the construction of a large-scale mixed-use complex integrating commercial facilities, offices, accommodation facilities, and parking, located in front of Sapporo Station (Kita 4-jo Nishi 3-chome). The groundbreaking ceremony was held on March 3, 2025, and full-scale construction has commenced. The project is scheduled for completion around July 2028. During the construction period, construction noise may be audible in some guest rooms. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.
